About
Laura Warren is a Registered Clinical Nutritionist and Functional Health Practitioner with 20 years of experience at the leading edge of precision health and human performance.
Trained at the University of Otago (Exercise Prescription and Management) and holding a postgraduate diploma in Nutritional Science from the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, Laura brings academic rigour grounded in real-world clinical practice. She has also completed advanced training in Herbal Medicine under Malcolm Harker. Her "test, don't guess" philosophy drives everything — integrating advanced functional pathology testing with personalised strategy to build proactive, precision-based plans tailored to each client's physiology, goals, and lifestyle.
Laura's scope extends well beyond nutrition. As New Zealand's only Micro-Immunotherapist, she works at the intersection of immunology, nervous system regulation, and metabolic health. She has trained with world-leading practitioners in breathwork, brain health, and human performance — including Wim Hof, Patrick McKeown, Dr Daniel Amen, and Laird Hamilton — weaving evidence-based protocols for cognitive optimisation and resilience into her programmes.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical science, traditional wisdom, and human optimisation. The goal is simple: help people move from surviving to thriving.
